Our services

We offer three self-defense courses: Private Intro Session Pack, Depth Zone Fundamentals and Tidepool Mentorship, each described with its full price on our Courses page. Course content, scope and price are as described there at the time of booking.

Eligibility and your obligations

Courses are intended for adults. You agree to give us accurate contact details, to attend sessions in suitable clothing, and to follow reasonable safety instructions given by coaching staff during a class.

Bookings and payment

A place is confirmed once payment is arranged for the course selected, in Canadian dollars at the price shown on our Courses page. Full enrolment terms, including rescheduling and missed sessions, are set out in our Booking Terms. Refunds are covered in the Payment & Refund Policy below, and cancellations in the Cancellation Policy below.

Payment & Refund Policy

Scope. This policy covers payments made for any Orrinth course: Private Intro Session Pack, Depth Zone Fundamentals and Tidepool Mentorship.

Eligibility. A full refund is available if you cancel at least seven days before your course or first session is due to start. Cancellations made less than seven days before the start date are handled under our Cancellation Policy below.

How to request. Write to [email protected] or call +1 416-677-3886 with your name and the course booked.

Processing. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within five to ten business days.

Non-refundable cases. Sessions already attended, and requests made after a course has started beyond the first session, are not refundable, except where we cancel a course ourselves.

Cancellation Policy

How to cancel. Email [email protected] or call +1 416-677-3886 during our open hours, Monday – Saturday, 15:00–21:00.

Cancellation windows. Cancelling seven days or more before your start date gives a full refund. Cancelling within seven days gives a credit toward a future course rather than a cash refund, unless the circumstances are exceptional.

Rescheduling. Where possible we offer a new start date instead of a cancellation, at no extra cost.

Cancellations by us. If we cancel a course for capacity or other operational reasons, you receive a full refund or the option to rebook at a later date.
