Refunds & Cancellation
How cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for every Orrinth course.
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Scope
This page sets out, in full, how cancellations and refunds are handled for Private Intro Session Pack, Depth Zone Fundamentals and Tidepool Mentorship, read alongside the shorter summary in our Terms & Conditions.
Your right to cancel
Under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, you have certain cancellation rights for consumer agreements made at a distance. Where that Act applies to your booking, you may cancel within the period it sets out; outside that period, the windows below apply.
Cancelling seven days or more before your start date
You receive a full refund to your original payment method, processed within five to ten business days of your request.
Cancelling within seven days of your start date
You receive a credit toward a future Orrinth course rather than a cash refund, valid for twelve months, unless the circumstances are exceptional and we agree otherwise.
Cancelling after a course has started
Sessions already attended are not refundable. For Depth Zone Fundamentals and Tidepool Mentorship, remaining unattended weeks may be credited toward a future enrolment at our discretion, considering the reason for cancelling.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email [email protected] or call +1 416-677-3886 with your name and the course booked. We confirm receipt within one business day.
Cancellations by Orrinth
If we cancel a course for capacity, coach availability or other operational reasons, you are offered a full refund or a place on the next available intake, whichever you prefer.
