Booking Terms

The practical terms that apply once you book a private session or a course place.

Last updated: September 20, 2026

Making a booking

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a course, a start date and payment arrangement with you, either by email or over the phone. We send a short confirmation note once a place is held.

Rescheduling a session

Private sessions can be moved to another time with at least 24 hours notice, subject to coach availability. Group class places in Depth Zone Fundamentals cannot be moved individually, since the course runs to a fixed weekly schedule shared with the rest of the group.

Missed sessions

A private session missed with less than 24 hours notice is treated as used. A missed group class is not made up individually, though catch-up notes are available on request so you do not fall behind the rest of the group.

Class conduct

We ask every student to follow reasonable safety instructions from coaching staff, to treat other students with respect, and to tell a coach about any injury or condition that could affect how they train before the first session.

Waivers

Before your first session you will be asked to sign a short participation waiver acknowledging the physical nature of the course and confirming you are fit to take part. The waiver describes normal training risks honestly; it does not remove your consumer rights under Ontario law.

Instructor substitution

Classes are taught by our regular coaching team. If your usual coach is unavailable for a session, another member of the same team will teach that class from the same written course outline, so content stays consistent.
